In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and optimize 3D models and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor for manufacturing and product development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and prototypes.
- Analyze design challenges and proactively recommend inventive solutions to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Ensure all design documentation and schematics meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to peers and junior designers within the customer’s team.
- Participate in design reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring project alignment with business goals.
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication throughout all project phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling, assembly, and detailed drawing production.
- Proven experience in engineering or product design environments, with a strong project portfolio.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Autodesk Inventor or related CAD software.
- Background in mechanical, industrial, or product design engineering.
- Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems and digital workflow optimization.
