In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create and evaluate high-quality business content for AI system training.
  • Provide insightful feedback on document formatting, data organization, and presentation best practices within Google Workspace.
  • Assess and improve AI-generated outputs by comparing them against real-world business standards.
  • Translate complex business scenarios into structured tasks for AI model development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training data.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through written and verbal reports.
  • Uphold data security and confidentiality throughout all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, or strategy consulting.
  • Advanced degree and strong academic background in busines.
  • Expert-level user of Google Workspace apps, with advanced skills in Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize business processes and content efficiently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new tools.
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a distributed remote team.
