Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments using mammalian cell culture and transfection techniques.
- Isolate and establish clonal cell lines and monitor cellular phenotypes.
- Study the structure, organization, and function of cells and organelles.
- Assess and document sources of experimental variability across different model systems.
- Develop and optimize experimental protocols for reproducibility and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with AI training teams to translate biological insights into high-quality datasets.
- Communicate scientific findings clearly through well-structured written and verbal reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Cell Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience with mammalian cell culture.
- Proficiency in transfection methods and clonal isolation techniques.
- Expert understanding of experimental systems and variability across biological models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
- High level of organizational and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with rubcris or similar gene editing platforms.
- Previous involvement with projects for AI training or data labeling.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant field.
