In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure using cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Implement and streamline CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable deployments across environments.
- Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate clusters with Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging solutions.
- Ensure robust access management and secrets handling leveraging IAM and secrets management tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues with strong collaboration across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in Linux system administration and fundamental networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Knowledge of IAM principles, secrets management, and enforcing security best practices.
- Experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities, thriving in remote environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience contributing to large-scale, distributed systems for diverse clients or industries.
- Advanced skills in automation, configuration management, and cloud-native security.
- Exposure to microservices architectures and agile delivery methodologies.
