In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute expert-level input and feedback on Microsoft 365 tools, focusing on Word, to enhance AI training projects.
  • Analyze and document current operational workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, clarify requirements, and co-create best practices for workflow efficiency.
  • Audit data and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
  • Leverage Google Workspace tools—including Docs, Sheets, and Slides—for collaborative documentation and reporting.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through both written and verbal channels in a remote work environment.
  • Proactively identify potential problems and offer solutions to streamline operations and support AI system development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations-related roles, with demonstrated process improvement achievements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Power user of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Strong documentation, data auditing, and workflow analysis skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for remote collaboration.
  • Proven self-motivation and problem-solving aptitude in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in operational optimization projects or AI training initiatives.
  • Background in cross-team collaboration or consulting for workflow improvements.
