In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize SAP ERP daily to manage and validate data within FI (Finance), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules.
- Enter, update, and verify business data to maintain system integrity and meet operational standards.
- Generate and review standard reports, extracting key insights for process and business analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to identify, document, and improve SAP-related workflows.
- Ensure compliance with established business processes and data quality guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-level SAP issues, escalating when necessary.
- Provide clear written documentation and communication related to SAP usage and findings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a SAP user, with expertise in FI, MM, and SD modules.
- Strong proficiency in SAP navigation, data entry, and validation tasks.
- Solid understanding of business processes supported by SAP ERP solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data using SAP reporting functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment.
- Proven track record of team collaboration to achieve shared goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or training other SAP users.
- Exposure to additional SAP modules (e.g., CO).
- Background in AI training or data annotation projects.
